Project Affairs Department
This unit, with experienced engineers, designs and calculates dozens of civil projects (warehouses and steel structures) monthly. The engineers of this unit possess the necessary expertise and most are users of the Solepardaz software. For this reason, the speed of design and calculation operations in this unit has significantly increased, to the extent that few companies can design and calculate multiple projects daily.
The Solepardaz group considers customer and software user satisfaction as one of its fundamental policies. To this end, efforts are always made to employ the most specialized and efficient human resources to provide innovative and expected services to customers and users. Additionally, the human resource is always regarded as the most important asset, and an environment is provided where employees can serve users while achieving personal growth and creativity.
Supervision and Execution Department (Factory)
The Supervision and Execution Unit has proven its capability in implementing steel and industrial structures across the country by executing hundreds of projects and providing quality work while complying with all regulations and codes, thus gaining customer satisfaction.
This group has four specialized manufacturing units, each focusing on different areas including warehouses and truss structures, special steel structures and power plant and oil equipment, complex building steel frames, and the manufacturing and execution of space frame structures.
Research and Development Department
Since 2006, this unit has focused on warehouse design and released the first version of Solepardaz software in May 2009. With many years of experience in industrial structure design, this group has been a pioneer in the field. Especially after releasing Solepardaz software, interaction with other manufacturers and active companies (both private and governmental) has increased. The group aims to complete the Solepardaz project and also initiate other software projects, welcoming ideas from other individuals and companies.
Another software project of the group is the launch of an online warehouse design service on the company website. This system uses an intelligent warehouse optimization engine, designed for the first time worldwide, based on more than eight years of warehouse design experience throughout Iran.
This unit is also responsible for designing and implementing knowledge management strategies across the organization, creating a knowledge repository, proper knowledge distribution, gathering individual knowledge, presenting it in an organized and centralized form, and planning to develop and introduce new organizational knowledge to the market.
The R&D unit is also committed to developing and improving existing software, studying and researching new products, coding, and offering innovative products.
Administrative and Commercial Department
This unit is responsible for identifying target markets and positioning the company’s products, managing and directing advertising and marketing for selling products and services (including software, warehouse design, and execution), determining distribution channels (market coverage, product inventory, transportation, distribution locations), obtaining necessary licenses and approvals for products from relevant authorities, coordinating and planning exhibitions and seminars, customer relations, identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, analyzing and providing sales improvement solutions, defining brand strategy and customer satisfaction approaches, categorizing customers and effective communication channels, product naming and branding, brand penetration planning, market monitoring, and preparing comprehensive marketing plans.
Financial Department
This unit is responsible for setting goals, policies, and planning for the company’s administrative programs, policy-making concerning personnel based on administrative regulations, policies for recruitment, retention, training, promotion, and qualitative capabilities of staff, employee empowerment, designing staff evaluation systems, supervising administrative activities and optimal human resource utilization, preparing technical and administrative reports, establishing internal and external communications related to the CEO’s activities, financial affairs, and more.
