The Buyer undertakes to preserve the copyright of this software, which belongs to the Seller.

The Buyer undertakes not to provide the purchased software (in whole or in part) to third parties.

The Buyer assumes full technical responsibility for the use of the software, and the Seller bears no responsibility in this regard.

The Buyer declares that they possess the necessary engineering knowledge for structural design and are well acquainted with relevant design codes and standards.

All information, texts, graphic designs, software codes, and analyses are considered the intellectual property and assets of the software developers. Any copying, publishing, displaying, reproducing, or transferring to other software without the official permission of the software management team is strictly prohibited and legally enforceable.

The Buyer is responsible for safeguarding the hardware lock (dongle) of the software. Any negligence in maintaining it shall not impose any responsibility on the Seller.

The Buyer agrees that once the software is purchased and this contract is signed, returning the software or terminating this contract will not be possible.

Software support provided by the Seller does not include services such as Windows installation, antivirus installation, or unrelated third-party software.

The Seller undertakes to provide services (support, upgrades, or modifications of the software) for a period of one year from the contract date. After that, such services will be subject to applicable fees.

During this period, the Seller shall provide appropriate support services to the Buyer but shall not be responsible for the Buyer’s lack of knowledge of regulations or engineering expertise.

The Seller will make every effort to deliver error-free software but does not guarantee complete absence of errors.

The addition of new options (including code changes, new items, or features) will be subject to additional charges.
