Rules and Regulations

Dear users,
You do not need to register on the website to purchase the software; however, after purchasing the software, you must register on the site to activate it and use the services.

Article 1:
The buyer commits to preserving the copyright of this software, which belongs to the seller.

Article 2:
The buyer agrees not to share the software, either wholly or partially, with others and shall use it only personally.

Article 3:
The technical responsibility for the use of the software lies entirely with the buyer, and the seller assumes no liability.

Article 4:
All information, texts, graphic designs, software codes, and analyses are considered intellectual property and assets of the software developers. Any copying, publishing, displaying, reconstruction, or transferring of these to any other software without permission from the software group's management is prohibited and subject to legal action.

Article 5:
The buyer is responsible for safeguarding the software's hardware lock. Any negligence by the buyer in maintaining the hardware lock shall not impose any responsibility on the seller.

Article 6:
Support from the seller does not include services such as Windows installation, antivirus installation, or installation of unrelated auxiliary software. However, the buyer may request such services by paying the related fees.
Technical support (via phone) is free for one year from the date of contract signing, as is software updating. After one year, support services will be subject to applicable charges.

Article 7:
The seller commits to providing new software versions to the customer free of charge during the free support period if any software issues arise.

Article 8:
Fees will be charged for adding new options (including regulatory changes, etc.) to the software.

Article 9:
The seller commits to replacing or repairing defective CDs and hardware locks discovered before software installation free of charge.
